PAYMENT METHODS
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by
adding the item to your shopping cart or at the check out you can opt to
submit an off-line order. What this means is we will receive your order via
the web but you can submit your payment through the mail. I accept
MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal for online orders. If you would like to send
payment via mail, I can accept visa, mastercard or money orders.
You may also call 1-937-573-9008 to place an order over the phone. I accept
Visa and MasterCard card orders over the phone.
To protect the integrity of our products, we can not accept returns. If you have any problems with your order, we will do everything possible to resolve the issue and make things right with you. This policy is for your own benefit and protection and so we can ensure the high quality of our products. With this policy in effect, you can rest assured that the products you buy from us have not been contaminated by any outside sources.
We cannot reimburse for materials used in testing products, such as fragrance oils, wax, or any other candle supplies. Testing is a necessary part of candlemaking, and is the responsibility of the consumer.
A check that is returned for any reason will incur a $25.00 returned check fee.
We always do our best to ship the day after an order is received.
Shipping services are USPS un-insured and Fed Ex insured, depending on the package size. All 50 pound cases of wax must be shipped with fed ex ground as long as your in the 48 states and do NOT have a APO address.
Please do not miss your delivery. If the carrier is unable to make your delivery for any reason other than an error on our part, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package. Any packages returned to us due to customer refusing delivery will be billed for the shipping charges unless refused due to an error on our part.
If your package does not arrive in acceptable condition, do not accept it from the carrier. Contact Fed Ex at 1-800-463-3339 IMMEDIATELY if there is any damage,or breakage. All packages leave us in good condition.
If you do not have an Ohio Sales Tax Certificate, you will be charged 6.5% tax.
